Cell Phone Issues: Galaxy Exhibit(Android)

So...I'm having super annoying SLOWNESS/LAG issues with my Samsung Galaxy Exhibit:

I've been having these problems for the last month or so, and I've gone through an un-installed updates to Apps I don't use(however, anything that came pre-installed on my phone I can't DELETE flat-out), AND I've deleted all things unnecessary OFF my phone...transferring all I could to rather my SD Card, OR my laptop.

BUT I'm still having slowness issues/lag--and I'm also having issues transferring things OFF my Phone(via the USB cable/charger)....

I will end up getting my sister's 16 GB Micro SD card for my phone, which will help with the external memory, BUT the phone itself is down to under 200 MB, which is CRAP--especially when it was just over 1.6 GB internal from the get-go.

ALL else fails I just go back to T-MOBILE and "JUMP" to a new phone for little-to-nothing, but I've only had my Exhibit for just over 6 months(Got it the day I started TNE).

It may be an issue with the phones firmware through a previous update. Back up all of your files onto an SD Card, write down all of your contacts on a piece of paper, and try doing a factory reset. This will bring the phone to its out of the box state and and re update your phone.

if that doesn't check out, take it back to your carrier.

yeah, I'll probably try that--IF not, I'll "JUMP" to a better Galaxy
