LEGO CITY UNDERCOVER
One of the BEST games in the long-running series of Lego games by TT Games---LEGO CITY UNDERCOVER is easily the best game I've played from ALL of the LEGO games out there.
Taking several bits from past LEGO games, but giving a 100% NEW Storyline, and looking like a LEGO GTA or "TRUE CRIME" game--playing as the freshly returned to LEGO City, Officer Chase McCain. Upon arriving, Chase, famous for his pursuit of the criminal Rex Fury, meets his old girlfriend, a few new faces, and a few old.
The Story--which took a while to get through--sends Chase all over town--to the mountains, airport, docks, and even a Lego Farm to find the missing "Mountain Pigs". As you progress you unlock different types of outfits for Chase, including a Farmer, Fire Fighter, and Miner--each with its own abilities(similar to having MULTIPLE characters in past LEGO games). Eventually you go UNDERCOVER in the criminal world, trying to find Rex Fury, and meeting several gang members--who you ally with, under a few aliases--to get closer and closer to Rex.
But I won't go TOO "SPOILER" here.
The rest of the game--which is an ENTIRE City to explore--which is endless...I mean, you can go almost ANYWHERE--you run around, using any number of vehicles you rather unlock and purchase, OR "borrow" from anyone driving around. Find the MANY Gold Bricks, Characters, Vehicles--and of course collect STUDS--the standard currency. But a NEW Feature for this game are SUPER BUILDS--which you need to collect BRICKS for--easy to get, by breaking ANY Lego-built objects, or by getting SUPER BRICKS floating around town. OH and the Red POWER Bricks are there as well, giving you the array of Stud Multipliers, and other cheats.
One of the COOLER features is the multiple uses of the GamePad--using the Left analog to move around, and using the touch screen to use a scanner to find clues, suspects, listen-in on conversation, TAKE pictures, and MORE.

Gameplay: 10/10
The BIGGEST LEGO hub in any Lego game out there---and a TON of things to collect, places to explore, and throw in some great MARIO references, like cheep cheeps, starman, and bullet bills. Just driving around and smashing things is great fun.
Graphics: 10/10
LEGO graphics are always great looking--throw in HD scenery, etc, and the game looks great all around. I only own a few Wii U games, but this one is easily the BEST looking game I've played in a LONG time.
Music: 8/10
A small blemish--but only cause there isn't much, except for in levels, and some in parts of the city--I wish there were unlockable songs, or some licensed songs. The opening scene of the game has "WALKING ON SUNSHINE" which is always catchy, and fits in perfectly at the beginning.
Replay: 10/10
Like I've mentioned---fun to just go around the VAST Lego City--and of course once you beat Story Mode, you go back and do the FREE PLAY on each level to get the POWER Bricks, and so on. A good few hundred hours is probably where I'll be at in play time soon.
OVERALL: 10/10
Perhaps the coolest LEGO game I've played--and every aspect of it makes me smile. Lego games are probably best described as "ALL the Mess, NONE of the clean-up"--destroying LEGO items, and getting away with it, and not worrying about stepping on them in your bare feet. I HIGHLY recommend picking this up!!
