Noticed one error when I had a quick look. I've seen it on some Pokémon sites as well.
This shows Weedle as X only and Caterpie as Y only, this is not true.
You can catch both but Caterpie/Weedle has a 1% encounter-chance in X/Y respectively.
Same applies to Metapod/Kakuna in the next route.
Don't know about the rest of them. I reckon some of them may be version specific.
