Even though this post is almost I year old, I don't remember ever seeing it.
My top 5 is going to be a tough list, but here it goes:

4. Scyther
3. Gliscor

That's a really rough list, and I'm not even sure if it's entirely accurate as I made it fairly quick. Also I have many others that I really like as well.
Here are a few: Hitmonlee, Charizard, Muk, Yanmega, Zapdos....and so on I'll post the rest as I have time and think of them.

I started building a competitive team a while back (*spoiler* I never finished), and I started looking into Talonflame. It is really good if you get it with its hidden ability, Gale Wings, but you can only get it from someone's friend safari. I actually traded with someone online to get it with it.
